Why don't you post in general?
Hello.
I would like to report a bug, I also have a lua fix for it. Who do I contact? The bug report link seems to be down.
Why don't you post in general?

Well, if there's a link to the bug reporter on the website, I expect it to work. If not, I obviously would like to report this as a problem with the website. I'll take care of reporting the actual bug afterwards.

Your bug reporting software appears to not be running (or experiencing a connection issue).
Edit: Oh, shit, just noticed someone's already pointed this out two threads below me. Can't find any way to delete a thread though, so I suppose it stays for now...Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at http://www.wiremod.com:8080
Anyway, while I'm at it, I may as well report what I was going to report:
In expression2, the <entity>:soundPlay function works, however, players who are not in range of the sound when it begins playing cannot hear the sound if the object playing the sound moves close to them. This doesn't appear to be a problem in singleplayer, for whatever reason. This is frustrating because, for example, I am creating a missile that makes a thruster sound as it flies. If I launch the missile from one side of the map and it flies at a player on the other side, I hear the thruster noise playing as the missile launches (providing I'm standing near it as it launches) but he doesn't hear the thruster noise as it approaches him.

LolSalad, both of those bugs are known. TomyLobo would've likely come in here ( if it were not for me ) and do what he always does: tell you to fix it yourself and that he'll apply the fix
The sound problem has been around for awhile and reported over a dozen times, and by now if someone knew how to fix it they would have.
When I joined both of these bugs were around.
They still are. Not sure who it was that needs to fix the bug reporter ( BP? ) but I've lurked irc chats and think it was him that needs to fix it.
Oh, and before you ask either here or on steam: YES. I am stalking you. Great job on that science test by the way.
Thanks Talix. And that test was ages ago
Now, I see why it happens (G.CreateSound - GMod Wiki) but I can't think of any way to fix it while retaining the ability to change the pitch or volume of a sound at any time. That explains the fixing delay, I guess.
