Revan's Wiremod Tutorials

Sounds to me like your brother is a 'youngin', and I've noticed, even when teaching them first hand, that wiremod, even gmod is difficult for them to grasp. Let them grow up first. Allow them to explore real physics before having them try and manipulate it.

He is 13 in 8th grade, he can only understand the basics of wiremod so I guess you're right. (and he's kinda bad at math . . .)

General rule of thumb: if their voice is low, they can do wire, if not, tell them to wait.

C++ tutorials are almost ready...

revver just freaking approved them (don't ask me why it took so bloody long) and they are going through the last phase of processing...

Because trickystutorials.com's tutorial system now sucks eggs, I'm now creating my own forum site dedicated to my projects, including my tutorials for wiremod and C++. Thus I will be rehosting my wiremod tutorials (not the videos themselves but the posts) and starting to post my C++ tutorials at this new location.

The new site is still under construction, but I think that I have the board structure done. No tutorials have been posted there, however I will begin to transfer my tutorials to the new location tommorow.

New site is ready for use. Tutorials are now listed there. Relax, everything has been successfully moved and if needed I have saved my first post (of this thread) should it need to be placed back. I think we will all learn to enjoy the new forum if for nothing else, because of the greater organisation.

My brother had to use an expression I made for him to make a plane yesterday, then he started to make an altered version of the expression to suit his needs, now he accepts and understands (somewhat) expression. I can't freakin believe it, after all that time of saying it is too complicated he decided it's simple in two days.

So here's what going on with me for now:
1. Gmod tutorials -- None until I fix my addon conflicts -- could be a while -- but then I'll probably do the E-Gate 2
2. C++ tutorials -- whenever I am sufficiently bored, but not too bored, I will do them
3. Game reviews -- I plan on writing almost one a day... check out the first one:

hey revan... i realy want to know how to use the gyroscope. do you think you could make a tutorial using it?

Not to mention that I have a tutorial for it already... but no, feel free to ask here too! I just made the site because I started to work on different things that all could have used a forum to host them and I figured that I should keep the wiremod forum for wire only.
