good idea, just setup a simple c# program to run the lua, and thereby simulate the stuff, the most complicated part would be providing vector information and similar, including information that changes rapidly.
Would be very easy to do.
I could possibly even provide that service myself if someone actually wants it.
The only problem would be to make necessary adjustments to make everything compatible with regular Lua, unless one can easily get hold of the same version garry is using.

Although I'm not really interested in a simulator, an online code validator would be nice. Of course it would have to be kept completely up to date with the latest svn to be useful.
Easily done, use a batch file or something to regularly update the files, possibly make it part of the exe if any, and take the appropriate lua files to run
I want a simulator because then I can use it just like a calculator for advanced stuff.

(='.'=) PM me code and I'll send it back optimized if possible. (I find it fun dammit!)

I was going to post this earlier, but the internet connection went down...
If someone gives me access to a server with mod_lua (or an other way to run Lua, e.g Xavante), I'll be happy to make it. (I've wanted to make a "production" web app in Lua for a while)
Problem is that regular Lua won't parse all of the E2-lua because it uses a lot of the syntax from gmods lua. Other than that I could have it up and running in a few minutes, but I don't know if the modified Lua-version is available somewhere, if it isn't, it would require a bit of work to make it compatible.
