That is more a question for the SBMP thread on facepunch as wiremod does not produce any part of SBMP to my knowledge.
Recently, a lot of wireable SBMP have appeared in the SBMP pack and, no matter what I do, I cant see how most of them work. Some, like the doors, are obvious, but others, like the vehicle exit things and ejecting hangers make no sense to me whatsoever. Please can someone tell me how the wireable, and also non-wireable entities work. Thank you!

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

Yes, but SBMP does have wireable entities. Plus I don't have a FP account. I am sure someone other than me here has SBMP.
I should be able to answer your questions, send me a PM.

What's SBMP?
Space Build Model Pack. Basicly it's a bunch of props for making spaceships. Now there's SENTs which require wire to use. I made 2 tracking turrets with them, and mounted them on a bunker. Endless fun shooting headcrabs and manhacks with missiles.Originally Posted by -HP-
Okay, downloading from SVN right now. But it says I need Spacebuild 2, Life Support 2, RD2, whatever that is. Links?
And is there a special space map or something recommended to use?

You really don't have to wire up the vehicle exit point. You just touch the entity to a seat and then they are linked. You might have to weld them together, but I don't think that is necessary. You can't move the point too far from the seat (10 ft or so) or it won't work. I assume that the ejection seat works the same.
As for the hangars, they don't need to be wired up either. I believe that if you are flying one of the new entity ships, you shut off the engine above it and it will dock automatically. When you want to go, you just turn the engine back on and it will be sent away.
I have been playing primarily spacebuild for over a year now and made every type of ship, but the new entities really make things fun again.
If you have any other questions, PM me.
