Where's the Vector Thruster?

I don't have the vector thruster addon.
Where can I get it?
(No, I'm not a newbie. I just can't find it anywhere. Neither on FP, WireMod.com nor garrysmod.org.)

The vector thruster comes in the wiremod SVN.

I'm an idiot. I'm actually using the SVN, but I thought it wasn't in the SVN (I've never searched for it).

Then how can you NOT have it? I have SVN ,rev. 808 and its in the same sub-tab(?) as thrusters, look alphabeticaly.* If you still can't find it try updating, go to addons right click on the files to update (wire, wire models).
