Can someone fix the wired keypad?

I know what you're going to say, "it's up to the person who made the keypad to make it compatible with advanced duplicator". But it has been broken for months (maybe even more than a year), the creator has been contacted several times, and it's still not fixed.

Every time you respawn a contraption with a wired keypad, the keypad has to be recreated and rewired, which is really annoying.

I understand it's nobody's responsibility here to do this, but it sure would be nice if it could be done just to keep things running smooth. CAN it even be done by someone here? I'm a LUAtard, not sure what parts of Garry's mod can be dug into and what can't.

I tried following that code. Didn't do anything. Keypad works, just doesn't dupe. Just like the origional, un-edited code.
