Btw, that chip graphic is the one that is set by default. It not changing indicates a Lua issue.

Just tried it.
Does the same thing.

Place it in an empty folder, downloads 43 files.
Then says: "Update complete. Updater will now close and automatically update."
Then will download 35 files.
Then says: "Update complete. Updater will now close and automatically update."
Downloads the SAME 35 file downloads.
Then says: "Update complete. Updater will now close and automatically update."

Ummm, this is really baffling, nobody I've asked has this problem... Could you make a video or something? :s
Nor can I replicate it...
Generally this happens if the updater cannot download the file with the correct hash, though it all comes from the same server...

That is so baffling, I've ran in under a *virtual machine* with a *fresh XP install* and it didn't do that :\

I published a new version of the autoupdater to the system, so try downloading the new launcher.exe *from the online source*, running it, and if the problem persists, quit the black command prompt window before it continues, and paste the contents of the "ls.ini" file in that folder to the forum. A successful install should resemble:
