So if I'm not to be mistaken, I'm suppose to take a prop, make it face up, Dupe it, paste it, then rope it to a prop then delete prop and unfreeze?
Sweet.
Also, just to add....
FREEZING EVERY PROP/ENTITY (to a 90 degree angle if possible) also vastly improves the reliability of a dupe.

wtf?
no, you rope/freeze it first, then dupe.
Any idea if this will make a reduped dup strong again?
Such as an ongoing project that hasn't been strengthened using these methods?
(I have several ongoing projects at revision 9 or so)
Also: Do you have to remove the ropes?
1. it might, i dont know. i would think so for various unlisted reasons.
2. no
Isn't it possible, that this "trick" is integrated into the Adv. Dupe. Itself?
So that it creates a new entity with ent-id 0, ropes all copied things too it, and removes that ent after posting again, so you don't have to do this all the time yourself.
Wouldn't this be possible?

Kinda n00bish question, but how do you remove ropes?
92% of teens have moved onto rap. If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature.

moogle_man- He keeps the USA running! The clever way...
Just take out Rope-Tool, aim at the prop that has the ropes you want to remove, and press your "reload"-key.
PS: This will always remove ALL ropes going to/from this prop, not single ones.
