I need help. Whenever I try to use the tortoisesvn's svn checkout it tells me that my system rejected the files. How can I fix this?

Hey there, I'm not the guy you were responding to in your quote there but I am having similar issues, I deleted my whole Gary's mod folder after uninstall just to work the kinks out of this (so that's why wiremod is the only folder in the addons section)

I followed the install instructions (seemingly) flawlessly.

For whatever reason the img links aren't displaying but the addresses are good, so I guess just do a bit of copy and pasting. Thanks.

You aren't supposed to have a wiremod folder. The folders "wire", "wire model pack 1" and "Adv Duplicator" should be put directly in the "addons" folder.

You good sir are absolutely correct. I pulled them out and everything works as intended. Thank you.

Though just to note, I did follow the installation instructions exactly as the first post of this thread stated and the screen-captured file structure (shown in my last post) and previous problems are what ensued. So heads up to whoever needs to know that.

See that's precisely the problem, I did just right click on the addon folder and it went ahead and made that sub folder anyways, which is where I had to manually pull the proper folders out of.

Does nobody read all posts in a thread, I have explained this problem countless times. Firstly the way that you guys are suggesting, slows down the start times for Gmod. To stop this right click on your my documents folder checkout blah blah. Once it has finished downloading to your documents folder, right click on the "wiremod" folder click on export, navigate to your garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder the say ok. Take the wire, adv. dupe and wire model pack folders out into the addons folder. Doing this makes garrysmod run way faster, especially if you do it with all svn moods that you have. maybe i should post some pics just to show you guys what to do.
