I'm not sure if there's an automatic way to do it, but you can always just delete the files it created, then enable "Show hidden files and folders" in Windows and delete the hidden ".svn" folders as well.
I'm having problems... I accidentally set the SVN upgrade on a wrong folder, and I have no idea how to take it off so I can change the checkout to a different URL... Help would be appreciated.
