    Took me around two hours to complete, it's a small map to build wire-based contraptions.

    The Crazy Robot Bar (small!)

    I like the front hall.
    A little to gray overall.
    Could use some testing-areas, like hilly terrain, water, ect.
    Good map for SP, but I can't see it being used for MP.
    If you are going to make it more MP, then adding some more rooms, and a larger test-area.
    The lighting could be better, but it is difficult to get it right from the start.
    Looking forward to see how this map will evolve if you are planning to evolve it.

    If you could upload the VMF, I would love to try improving on it, since I really want to be a better map-maker. (I will understand if you don't want too give it out though)

    I can almost see a whole line of different maps for wiremod, with this map being the skeleton.
    Everything can be improved upon. Nothing is Perfect.

    Map looks good, and if you expanded it, it would probably make a great MP map, possible bordering on having some slight RP uses.

    We should almost create a wiremod tower. hehe. Also I will post my maps based on this here, until it is ready for release. I will have a lot of time tomorrow, since I have a day off from my education, so I think I will dedicate it to making things for the map, and making myself a better map-maker.

    EDIT: Oh and Cheers

    I have begun making my map now, here is the first picture of it in hammer, since I will need a lot of time to get the lighting right (not so good at it) after I have finished making the layout, I will be posting pictures taken from hammer.

    The only part taken directly from the vmf is the sculpture, since it is really nice. Else I am using it to get measurements to use for the map and some layout.
    I will post more pictures once I make the rooms.
    Now I've made the "Crazy Robots" bar, I really think they are nice logos you've made StinkyJoe.

    I've made my rooms roomy, so that it can handle MP.
    Unfortuanetly I can't work any more on it today, so I will just leave it here and hope to get some feedback.
    Also hope I am giving you some ideas SJ, though I needed to do the main part first.
    Next I will move on to the construction-site(s), which is where I really have some plans.

    *Medium underground and large overground testing area. (thinking half the size of construct)
    *Private construction-zones for 4? people. (for people that don't want to reveal their contraption, already have a semi-good way to prevent people from entering, just need to figure out a good way to turn it personally on/off)
    *A complex of corridors and small rooms. (to be used for security-roleplay or secret bunker)
    These are just some of the ideas I have, not sure if they will get implemented though, depends if I find something better.

    I would suggest one thing to you though SJ, when applying texture, try only putting them on the sides that are shown and the rest should be nodraw, since this will increase performance in the long run.

    Nice map, anybody care to make the chip sculpture into a model, it's exactly what I want for the primary chip model in Wire 2. The main things being that it is simple, low polygon and stylish.
    If in doubt, stick your finger in it.
