I know what you mean cChinoto, but i was going for that "inline" effect when i drew it. But I an really see where you coming from. Ill crop it down, take out some of the dots and remove some of the clutter and we will see how it looks.

If anyone has any ideas of things that would look cool I would be more that happy to draw it out. or any advice on my other ideas that would be great.

Oh, and Flux if you had a basic idea of what you were looking for it would really help me find something to build off of.

My personal opinion would be:

1. Too dark
2. Surely I get the electronics-theme, but it looks too cluttered and there is more focus on the white dots than the actual text.
3. Too complex, try to put it in a context, e.g., printscreen this page and insert it as a logo and make it fit, it's of no use if it doesn't fit anywhere
4. The art extends beyond the image, meaning it cannot really be used by itself.
5. The font is very different from the image itself, making it look "random"
