Yeah, I'm liking this one a lot too. I'll get something done sooner or later. I wouldn't suggest that plastic effect only because it's so frequently used on almost everything that it's starting to bug me. (But that's just me.)
Maybe a glow effect behind the O (or the entire word/words) and/or thick diagonal stripes, though. (HYPOCRISY!)

Same here, I get tired of the plastic too. I also get sick of logos having reflections underneath. They both can look good, but I think they're way overdone lately with the whole "web 2.0" thing.

I did think about adding a glow last night though.. just forgot to try it out when I brought the logo over from Illustrator to Photoshop. I'll probably submit one with a glow later.
