Angry Halp!!
Now before i post the error, i have tried Many (if not all) the SVN links in this thread, and i keep getting this error message

Command Checkout from https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/RDistrib2/trunk/RD2, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included
Error OPTIONS of 'https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/RDistrib2/trunk/RD2': SSL negotiation failed: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Finished!
Now wire one :
Checkout from https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/wiremod, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included

Yes i know they are the same, i just want to fix this, ive restarted my pc and i keep getting this

Yes I like others have done every bit of advice in this forum but none of them work Ive checked the s on https and its there I type out the link by hand to make sure it wasnt a problem with the link, I update svn and I still get:
