Looks fine, but you know I'm going to test the hell out of it... so be ready for scrutiny :P

"You can only tie the record for flying low."
Okay, great idea, but this just totally screwed up my wiremod. I can't update stuff...e2s, adv inputs, change weight of thrusters, can't change values...PLEASE undo this (or make it optional)!
It is already is optional, and it's only available for gates, and updating works fine for me. I'll have to test it on a dedicated server, though.
Edit: I think I may have found the cause.
Edit: Fixed.
Code:[E2] Fixed dsGetSender() returning nil (Thanks to Feha) [Light] Removed unecessary debug prints forgotten by the creator [Tool Loader] Fixed the issue where non-gate entities would be parented, causing them to break.

okie-dokie. I actually found that spawning it on the ground, then welding it, for most input systems, eliminates the problem.
It should be noted (I didn't figure this out, someone else did but I tested it) that if you select to parent a chip, and then you attempt to parent everything to it (when it's parented), it crashes gmod. Just as an FYI/warning so nobody loses stuff.
Yea, thats recursive parenting. Source's problem.
That would require modifying every parenting tool available. And you could still do it with normal props.
posts...too...technical...garrys mod...can't take it...
