    I suggest that if anyone does make a cloaking field (oh, actually I just remembered that Stargate already has one), that it would use the RenderFX feature instead of changing the material - since changing the material is often messy - in combination with changing the alpha. The RenderFX are also in number format (always easier to deal with) and can be found here, and the function to change it can be found here.

    Wait, how is changing the material messy? Just saying. Anyways, I'll be just as happy if they release a wired material changer.

    you can already change materials with Expression2

    2. entity():isWeldedTo():setMaterial(Material)
    paste that into the editor and spawn the chip on the entity you want to change.

    its very nice i like those attraction field and flame field the electro magnatic field is nice also but it is just giving a value to and wire item withing a range? isnt it
