According to someone called Viktor on the SBMP forums, you have included three of his tools and you are violating 'copywrite' (???) law. :| He doesn't actually say which ones they are, but I gave him a link here so hopefully this should get sorted out.

Freeware means you don't have to pay money for something. Still, it doesn't automatically mean you can do whatever you want with it. You still need permission.

Can I get a link to the thread that he made?

EDIT: It all depends on his license. If you make a script, but don't license it upon distribution, you are effectively giving up your rights. If you don't specify distribution clauses, then there are no restraints there either.

Another EDIT: He would also need to prove that he made the tools if I can't find an identity in the scripts.
