I was wondering if someone could make a tool, and a SWEP for me

first, I was thinking a tool that you click on two wire things, and then you get a list with check boxes on what to link. I think another guy had a close idea, but instead of the list, you got two panels and used drag and drop to link them. I think that both of these are great ideas, but I am no Lua coder...

also, I am wanting to lock my airboat, have it spawned locked, and there is a SWEP that unlocks it. by the way, I am referring to the advanced pod controller's lock...
