The only thing I see missing from this that really should be there is the Adv Sound Emitter.. BUT, I'm not sure if it's fully working and I think I read someone say it breaks the standard emitters. Such a shame too as this is MUCH more useful than the stock one.

Downloaded it and put it on my dedicated server about a week ago. Working epicly and perfectly. Love the MultWire tool -makes wiring up 3000 life support generators much easier.

It's a little wierd. The object in question has to be frozen, it doesn't work well otherwise.

Well, Anticept doesn't give us the actual url. So, here it is:

I got it by going to the trunk link, and just copying and pasting the URL in the address bar.

It is a SVN link, you'll need a SVN client, then you just enter the URL with it.
