Aye, i made a fix for the "Allow Buttons" function in the Pod. It now properly works with toggeled buttons. Though, when im at it, the current button to "use" the button with is Mouse1. Is there any other button you would like to have as use? Only the buttons already available in the pod works, Use button does NOT work as you exit the seat with it. I shall make a poll.

No but you could use it to anything else. Its default to the pod. The ADV Pod got EVERY single key you can use, they aint added manually.

Buggars, F button dont seem to be a "IN_" Enum, however, it IS available in the button list. I shall take Mouse1 then.

I believe to hook into the flashlight you need to hook into binds for one of the impulses... Might be 100, not sure.

Of course, I could always wire it so that the controls turn off when Allow Buttons turns on and vice versa...
Is there a way you could lock the ability to exit the pod when you press Use, and tie that into Allow Buttons? Then, you could make it so that, say, pressing use on the pod controller itself while in the pod ejects you, or turns off the use override, or something. Or have some combination to get out, like Alt-E, or triple-tap the E button rapidly or something.
You could also replace the Allow Buttons with a Use Button input. People can just wire the key of their choice to it, and if it's getting anythign other than 0 it presses buttons, ala user...In fact, there's things that could be useful to "use" while in a vehicle other than wire buttons, what if you just emulated the User in it's entirety, in a way that it's trace ignores the pod? Give it a little extra range to accommodate things like the jeep/airboat (150-200, perhaps?)
This patch totally obsoletes my toggling indicator expression I've been using since E1, who's sole existence was as a workaround for pod-pressed non-toggled buttons. I love it.
You are using kinda hard english for me, i shall see if i got it right. Anyways, it is possible to make it like you wanted that you wire what pod button you want. However, in the Wire button thers this check if the player in the pod is pressing Mouse1, only use then. By using vars and stuff its pretty possible. Its not very easy though.
