What malware, only developers can access the SVN, and also LUA scripts cant hurt your computer at all, except they may fill your HDD with few big txt files in data directory, which is easily cured

If you are, then why the heck you got steam on your computer, it can easily damage your filesystem, because it often uses direct windows filesystem calls. Which is potentially dangerous.

Steam is a large company who would have serious legal and financial consequences for introducing malware. but the same isn't true for the makers of the SVN client.

Edit: I in no way mean to say that Wiremod Team is trying to harm my PC.

Yes that's true. If you don't trust thing that really lot people use, then don't use it.

Also, the fact that steam is made by big company does not change the fact it can harm your computer due to programming error.

I got it to corrupt own folder on 2 computers in a week... I hate steam since then.

There are other SVN programs out there, if you don't trust this one, find another one then.

I cant get it to work, because the site wont show up. It just says: The XML-site cant be shown, with help from the typography XSL. Correct the failure, and click on the button Opdate, or try later. It also says certificatefailure

When you run any binary in windows you are letting whoever wrote it do absolutely what the fuck they want to your computer (good old windows ). But i can't see what everyone's got against tortoise svn, what are people distrustful of it?

yeah windows is practically built to be destroyed as a 20 line(about) program can delete the windows folder on the harddrive which has quite important stuff like explorer.exe and cmd.exe
