Wire 2 Testing Server

I'm launching the first ever Wire 2 Server.

I'm behind my college's firewall, so if you want to play on this server you'll need to join the hamachi group

Hamachi Info:
Network Name: "Wire 2"
Network Password: "Erkle"

Note: If you are not a "premium" member, I suggest you launch the trial. While plenty of premium members can be in a group, hamachi networks are limited to a maximum of 16 NONPREMIUM members.

Once you are in the hamachi group, the IP of my server is:

5.146.194.156:27015

Though once you get in the group it'll show up in your lan menu of the server list anyways.

And now the info I'd like you to read but you probably won't:

I'm running this server off my own computer. I've got a computer and network that can definitely handle it, but this means PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO AVOID CRASHING THE SERVER!

P.S. If anyone knows of one of those programs that senses if a process is terminated and automatically starts it again, I'd appreciate you telling me as it would help with server crashes so the server would restart

P.P.S. I have no official admin mod or anything installed. If you start being retarded, I will add one.

Add this in a file called srcds.bat and place and your server folder next to the srcds.exe if your useing the kind of 3rd party dedicated server.
Cant remember the name right now.
Should work as long as your not using steam to launch your server.

Now I realized I need the admin mod. Someone already spammed it trying to crash it this morning. Shitloads of giant towers, lots of dynamite.

I'll need to have it so that it auto-deletes peoples' shit if they leave.

Luckely I have only once encountered a person who was bad, but that was the first time I ever ran a server, and hadn't changed the name from standart, should propably try hosting a dedicated server some more, especially since I've just bought a laptop that could be almost perfect for it. But time will show if I do.

Well it obviously wasn't a minge.

Since this server is hosted through hamachi it's impossible for random minges to join. It was someone on the wiremod.com forums that saw the post and maliciously decided to be a complete asshole, join the hamachi network, join the server, spam it until it's close to crashing (they couldn't crash it... too retarded), then leave.

I mean seriously, get a fuckin life.

If anyone wants a little tutorial on how to make the pads I can make one i suppose, it's really just the thing Erkle made in the Wire 2 dev thread modified to move on 2 axises instead of one.
