In recent news, PewPew was reinstalled, a number of E2 extensions were added, fin tool was re-added, and some other things were added. I also rewrote Entity Core so it's much less crappy (though this was a while ago). It also knows how to initialize *some* (not a lot yet) entities and thus you don't have to be an admin to use Entity Core. I don't think I've rewritten anything else since then.
I am busy writing a new STool at the moment :C Hopefully it will be on the server sometime this week.

Server's stable and has a nice MOTD (very informative), but as soon as I joined I was exploded, ignited, and then one of the admins proceeded to blow them selves up 20 times in a row.
Also, why don't you have E2 functions on here? They're very useful.
E2 functions are a lot of work to install and keep installed because it's quite outdated now in respects to Wiremod. Since E2 functions require modifying E2's parser and E2 has received foreach support since then, I (think) I would have to merge both into the parser. That requires testing it and I haven't really put time into doing that. Perhaps they both magically work together though -- I haven't tried.

Coln 32 already merged the new compiler with his edited one, and it works perfectly.
I will agree that they are a pain to maintain as with each update you need to re-replace the 4 files it requires, but as long as you don't have an autoupdate every day you should be ok :P
I keep the SVN version around and updates get auto-merged with my two dozen or so changes to Wiremod, so keeping it updated isn't that bad. It's only when there are conflicts that I have to resolve (like foreach + functions).
