Haha yeah. There's usually enough people on my server with the ulx commands to kick or ban.

My only complaints:
-Everyone's working on their own thing and not helping each other, as far as I can tell.
-IT'S ALWAYS FULL!

I have increased the maxplayer slots to 10 on the server. I am aware that this will not make any significant difference on how full the server is ALL THE TIME. This may become an automatic reserved slot in the future but I'm unsure.

If I'm playing on my server whenever there are 10 players building things and my handy dandy "net_graph 4" console command reports lag. Then I will, without a doubt, reduce the number of slots.
