2 minor questions about C

i thought about posting my questions here, because there are lots of programming experts here.

1.How can i end a process, using a program written in C ?
2.And how can i start a process using C ?

I just couldn't seem to find an answer anywhere.

Someone please help me out?

To start a process you can use the system function, but keep in mind that it will wait for the program to finish before it returns.
