2.5 Years in Short

Around 2 and a half years ago, I went compter game shopping. I found 2 I liked; Homeworld 1 and 2. Homeworld 2 looked WAY better, so I bought it instead. I played for days on end, but could never get past mision 4, (out of 15.) I eventually lost intrest and moved on. Then, last Christmas, I bought a Homeworld 2 Prima. Using it, I learned the backstory for Homeworld 1. I then got back on, but alas, it did no good. I eventually lost intrest, yet again. Just about a week ago, I started up once more. It was weird - I went on a winning streak and finished it in less than 5 days. I also have been reading Homeworld Fanfiction. Homeworld 2 Legacies is a EXCELLENT book, long and involved too! I read Homeworld 2 Legacies I, Homeworld 2 Legacies II, and the released part of Homeworld 2 Legacies III. (Deep Chrome is still writing it on a thred.)

And now, there is only one thing left to say.

Homeworld is what comes before it, (the first released,) and HW Catacalysm is a weird game I think has nothing to do with anything.

Homeworld was probably one of the best RTS's ever made. HW2 has an interesting twist on the series, but HW fucking owned.

Cataclysm was a little wierd, but was definately fun in it's own way.

C&C:TD > HW1 > Everything else. It's that epic.

Oh, if you want to add a lot of fighting to HW2, use this: Point Defense Systems . It adds some serious battles to it, by loading everything with a shit ton of guns and health. PDS v11 is fun, but it's a total conversion. PDS v7 is the one based on HW2.

Starcraft was awsome too, but it was more like another C&C clone (epic C&C clone though...). Nothing rocked like C&C Tiberian Dawn when it first came out, it was REVOLUTIONARY. And no, starcraft isn't like homeworld, it's a 2D RTS.

never did manage to finish HW1 or HW2 tho', did finish HW:cataclysm once.
It's unfortunate that I no longer have access to HW1 or HW:cataclysm

HW 1 is very hard, passed HW 2 and HW cataclysm alot though.
