Who else hates garry and why?

Me: He's an asshole, who thinks he's better than everyone else, without any evidence. He never listens to good advice. He acts in a cowardly manner, attacking people behind their backs. He's destroying a good thing (GMod).

Not fixing bugs, not adding new features that are suggested to him, only adding crap that no-one wants, removing good stuff like the STool search thing, having a lame attitude so GMod becomes increasingly synonymous with his bad attitude etc etc....

Yeah he didn't even know about the C++ concept of inheritance until a few months ago, and that's by his own admission.

Ok then: I defended piracy of gmod, let's see if I'm so audacious as to defend GARRY.

1. 'He's an ass': This one is actually true, he has quite an attitude, and is known to not give a shit.

2. 'He dosn't add features': He only adds features if he think they are necessary. Somewhat effected by #1 there.

3. 'self-centered': He called it "Garry's mod" because that's what it is. Really, don't know know that it went through a long process of being made? It only started with faked ropes for free. He didn't start gmod thinking 'I'm a total ass, so I'm gonna make this mod, and put it on steam. Wait, I need a name. *thinking* I'm going call it Garry's mod, fuck it.'

4. 'Dosn't know shit about coding': Well, from making a simple mod, having an entire engine is quite a step up. Admitadly, writing a commercial game and not knowing some major features of C++ is a no-no, but he's got quite a bit on his plate. As far as I know, garry's mod was his first foray into C++, (He's said before he started with php) and I'd say it's a pretty damn good product. Also, Garry's mod crashes no more than any other source game in my experiance. TF2 crashes more than gmod for me, and that's saying something. (out of kernal memory my ass) The only time is really crashes is with a bad lua script.

In finish, he's not destroying gmod. I would like if he worked on his attitude more, but we are playing HIS game, and he can do with it as he sees fit.
