Recording whit Fraps the sound.

Hello.What happens?
I am starting to get inside the world garrysmod...And i do not understand why a lot of many things...
To begin,as could record video while playing?I install the Fraps,and i registered fine.The case is that i would like to record and be able to speak for the microphone,and that record is what i speak.Because i realize that only recorded video and audio of the game,but as it is to talk and be recorded as well?

Un mute our microphone. you will hear yourself while you speak but that's the easiest way.
