Help with Hammer

Anyone know where I can get some pre made config files to use to get my hammer open?

It should configure Hammer by default. If not, try to click "Reset game configurations" (in the SDK menu) then restart Steam and if you run Hammer it will configure it with default settings (which is not bad)

you have to change the settings as garrysmod is not configured even by reset to default but there is a tutorial on how to do it here: http://www.garrysmod.com/wiki/?title...ng&oldid=11085 just scroll down to 'Setting up hammer for Gmod' also its a bug with gmod+hammer that you cannot use the run the game after you compile function you have to compile then start gmod yourself.

but I can't even get to that screen to hit tools and all.

also next time remember to black out your steam ID.
