I think they're bad IMO, but it's a start. Learn to use the effects better and it will come out looking much better.

i could tell you how its really easy. You take the x y and z of the actual turret then take your aim position x y z and subtract the x from the position from the prop from the x from your aimpos and same with y and z. Then wire the vector thruster x with what you get from both of the x's subtracted and same with y and z and there you go.
