Video making software help

I am going to combine all the explosion techniques I have learned and create what I hope will be the biggest explosion ever in gmod. It will involve my all powerful Q-Bomb, about 40 BLAST missiles, many nukes, all the gbombs placed multiple times, TNT, etc.

However, to record a video I need some free, easy and quick to use, high quality, sound recording in game capture software. Any recommendations?

I will post this vid when I'm done.

Wegame FTW!!! It can also record high quality as far as I know.

Yeah, use Source Recorder. It does not lag at all and it also records sound. You have to use some program that will convert it to something usable like an mp4. I don't remember what the name of the program is but I think there is another thread that talks about source recorder somewhere in the Wiremod forums...or was it Facepunch?

Source doesent record LUA shit, Fraps will record ALMOST lossless in full resolution quality, wtih everything from 1-120 FPS that you specify.
Hypercam aint worth crap, its really bad..
Autoscreenrecorder aint too good either, but i have used it

havent tried WeGame or xfire yet

Wegame was a good choise until I used a full version of Fraps.
