Off topic is not:
Your personal blog.
Your place to attention whore.
And the forum games... We used to have 2. That people would play. Then everybody wanted their own little game and nobody touches them anymore.
And the polls are ridiculous, if you want someones opinion, ask for it.
I realize some people feel the need to post content without substance, for you people, Ill start a "longest thread ever" where you can post your meaningless garbage without cluttering up the forums.
Its really the attention whore posts that are the worst...
You don't have to start a thread saying your dog took a shit. If you want to do that go play with 4chan.

Most of the threads I see on the first page arn't bad...

the real issue I see is people bringing their personal lives to the forums.... we don't care about your PE teacher or your getting banned from your school's computers, and no, your birthday doesn't justify a thread. We don't care about your personal lives. If you want to talk about that kind of stuff, do it with your real friends, not strangers online.

If you see a new video game and it looks cool, *maybe* cause for a thread, if you found something cool having to do with programming, neat. If you need help on lua lets say, good stuff. Personal life related threads, bad.

I think Jat has a tendency to blow things out of proportion, but I do agree it's time to get rid of some shit threads.... speaking of which, why the hell has the 'I have a tail' thread not died yet? Bloody furries!
