Your pgncs project sounds promising, but thought I'd point out - the word "comprise" means the opposite of how you and most others use it. I.e. this sentence is correct. "The optics subsystem comprises a scanning telescope and sextant." It's synonymous with "contain"; the phrase "is comprised of" doesn't really have a place in English, most always one writes "comprises." Hope you don't take this the wrong way, just spreading the knowledge.
