    @Bishop:
This thread is about the olympus things, not cronus.

Anyway, I probably did something wrong, but I pasted the E2 chip for teh triad Mk-III in the middle of a phx round plate.
I put htree vector thrusters on world coords in a triangle formation with teh chip as the center.
I put a locator on it (on it, it wouldn't weld itself, so I had to weld it).
    Then I wired it up.

Now it moves to a point close to, or on, the 000 of the map and then moves straight up as far as it can go.

What am I doing wrong here?

Yes, you did do something wrong

The triads don't use locators, they have inputs for use with the laser pointer so that you can give them places to go to. Possibly the problem was the locator welded to it interfering with the avoidance code though.

Even then, those codes are fairly deprecated, they use execution-based looping because they were made before the advent of actual loops in E2.

............................Didn't it say to use a locator? I was quite sure they used them for the buddy system or something...

any help here? should I just forget about putting on a locator on it?
I wanted to make a drone using the triad Mk-III and the chip that records movement... But it utterly failed...

I'm sorry but your "Tracking" E2 (Archer entity tracker Mk-1) don't seems to work.

The problem is : "Statements must be separated by comma (,) or whitespace at line 9, char 9"

I tried modifying the code as much as my E2 knowledge allow me to, but I always have errors ("Increments must not be part of equation" or "No such fonction vec(normal, vector, normal)" even If I do think I did it correctly...) and I really wanted to have this thing to work so I can use my missiles to track peoples in BigCity for example.

These codes are pretty dang out of date, and frankly I sucked when I started the Olympus project, I'm a lot better now but they're on hold for a remake at present.

The Olympus Technologies drones, totally not SkyNet in Gmod form.
Cronus: The Ultimate Drone, definitely SkyNet in Gmod form.
The gBrain Project, the drone controls system that thinks it's better than you
