CPU and EEPROM problems

So, my CPU tool won't work when I join a sever. All the too displays is a small grey box, no options what so ever. some one online said he had the same problem, and he forgot how to fix it. Though CPU works perfectly in Single-player or if i start my own sever.

Also, in single player my EEPROM wont work it spawns but when i wire any thing, E2 or CPU, i get a console error about some 'steamID'.

Well i do, and now CPU tool wont work any where. Single PLayer, Create multi, and on other severs.

Delete/move wire 2 and try again.

Verification, no issuses arrose, i dont know what an issue would look like with that.. but verifiedd 100%
