Dedicated Server-- Adv Dup doesn't work

Ok, I'd put this in the bugs report section, but I'm fairly certain that it's just me having this issue....

What's happening is that when I start the server and get in, if I make any old prop (I used the blue barrel) and try and ghost it, the ghosting bar doesn't go away. I can paste it, but the pasting bar doesn't go away... and nobody can seem to upload anything, when the upload button is pressed, the progress bar runs to 100% and disappears, no file shows up in my list though.
I tried to see if it was a mod conflict, I assure everyone, it's not. The only 4 files/folders in my addons right now are:

wire model pack 1 (SVN)
wire (SVN)
adv duplicator (SVN)
default_sent_pack -- tried taking it out but that crashed it
LICENSE -- tried taking it out but that screwed it also (this is a file by the way)

I also tried it with all my addons in (first) and with the other default packages that come from having content (CSS and the like), so it's not because I took something out either.

I've got no ideas for why this is happening, so all help is appreciated.

Restating:
1. It is NOT a mod conflict
2. It is a DEDICATED server
3. Ghosting/Pasting bars do NOT disappear (but do hit 100% and work properly other than that)
4. Uploading does NOT work
5. I have the absolute latest SVN link as downloaded by tortoise SVN.

EDIT:A Small update... I tried deleting my adv duplicator folder from my data folder, didn't help.

Do you have a firewall preventing people to write files?
That's the only thing I can think of.

That's unlikely to be the answer considering that the ghosting and pasting doesn't work either...

I'm actually having some other problems that are leading me to the conclusion that my installation is corrupted.... what folders/files should I delete in order to keep my mods but redownload default data?

Well I redownloaded the game into another folder and copied those folders over my current ones.. that fixed... *some* of my other errors.... but wire still isn't working.... halp.
