Wiremod is in the wrong place

I went to the download area and followed the step by step instructions on how to install wiremod. After I download it and do what they say I go into the game but for some reason all the wire stuff is under my props menu instead of over in the tools menu where it should be. Any ideas? Here's a pic of what I mean and no there isn't a wire tab at the top right part of the menu.

Also, the image isn't loading, so I can't see it. Was it of the chip models in the prop browser?

First off I'm confused how I improperly asked this question. I posted my Q menu and told you everything I did that led to this problem. Second, no this is not pirated at all. The problem I was having was it was being put into an extra folder. Thanks anyway.....

Your issue was what step 6 described, Wiremod was in the wrong place.

So you haven't:

And your wiremod works now!

XQM Hydraulics is part of wire? When I first got phx3, I saw that tool popup.

That could probably explain why there's only one tool.
Unless it got cut off...
