Wiremod thing that lets you edit the value without updating the thing?

Let me clarify. I'm wondering if there's something in wiremod that you can manually edit the value without taking out the tool and updating it. Like press e change the values then be done with it? I know there probably isn't but I just want to make sure.

Well there are about 5000 ways to do this, its pretty much what wiremod is all about. Unless your talking about the values of the stool, like thust mul, or the button settings. Tell us what your trying to build and we will help you, or I will anyways.

Sorry for the poor choice of words and I've found what I was looking for, Wired Keyboard. I have one more question if you don't mind that I really need help on. Is Text Receiver meant to work with Wired Keyboard? If so how do you set that up?

Text receiver is for actual chat text. That way you can be like: "Open-sesame!"
