Target Finder > Beacon Sensor over Wire Radio?

I've tried wiring a beacon sensor to a wire radio but it tells me that it can only be wired to a Target Finder. Is there any wireless form of getting the beacon to read off the Target Finder?

You can't wire with the beacon sensor tool, use the regular wire tool, then wire the input of the radio to the beacon sensor.

If that doesn't work, then no, you can't do this.
