This is weird, how does this work if the SVN will not work through Tortoise SVN?

Tortoise SVN is just a VGUI version of SVN. The actual SVN itself is done through OS Commands.
So it can easily be done through batch files.

Yeah I understood that bit, but for some reason I was getting the error like everyone else on the SVN guide says they got, was that a problem on your end?

Does not work. Connection was forcibly closed by the host.

Put in https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/wiremod/ into firefox and firefox said this:

Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

Tortoise svn gives me the same error as the bat files

im having the same problem, both with the download script and with tortoise :-(
guess its down.

hope itll be back up soon, was realy looking forward to picking up wire again.

To the person who wrote this, thank you. I could theoretically fight with tortoise (installs properly and I've worked with it before, but I would have to figure out why vista refuses to integrate it into the shell), but this is almost as easy as just downloading a release.
