Vector Thrusters

Hello. I have wired everything properly to my thruster, but it still says: Thrust = off

Help me please!

Well, be more clear in what you have wired to the vector thruster.... What is it supposed to do?

It's supposed to chase a laser pointer. I wired the Mul input to the "Numpad Input" and turned it on. X, Y, Z are wired to 3 "Subtract" gates. If it helps. I'm doing this tutorial. http://wiki.garrysmod.com/wiki/?titl...guided_missile

Did you link the laserpointer to the receiver? What happend if you wire up the X, Y and Z of the vector thruster (with a negative value) to the X, Y and Z of the laserpointer receiver and the mul to the Active output from the laser pointer receiver... Does that work?

The pointer is linked and your suggestions didn't help.

wire some constant values to all the inputs of the thruster to see if it's actually turning on.

I've got a kinda different problem to this guy, I get it to target me, but the vector thruster pushes so it goes away from me, and yes I tried negating the xyz values and it just spazzed out.

Use this code:

Y=Yg-Yt
Z=Zg-Zt

The g suffix is gps while the t suffix is the target. Wire the Vec Thr's inputs to the X,Y,Z accordingly.
