Help!

Hey guys, I'm a bit new to wiremod, and I was wondering.... On some youtube vids I've seen, smart snap was on the chips and what not. When I try to use smart snap on wiremod, it doesnt show the grid on the chip or ranger or what ever Im pointing at.... Any suggestions?

look at smartnsaps settings, there should be a checkbox that says "enable for all tools" and another one that says something like "enable on all entities"
play with those untill you find a setting that suits you most.

It doesn't matter if your new to wiremod or not, since SmartSnap isn't technically wire. SmartSnap doesn't come with wiremod.

Ok well I've messed with a few things, I've gotten in the file and the only 3 files i saw were Info, lua, and autorun i believe so i left that alone could you tell me where i would find this accuratly?

after installing smartsnap to gmod, load up a game, hold q, and select the utilities tab. after doing so, you will see an option that says "SmartSnap", select it, and THOSE are the settings we are talking about.
