I can't even get Wiremod installed.

Hey everyone. I'm having quite a bit of trouble installing wiremod.

So the first thing I did was follow the instructions in the introductory wiremod tutorial by Revan ( Viewing tutorials )

I downloaded auto SVN and selected what he said to, including wiremod. I update.
It does not even create a wiremod folder, much less actually add things in game.

So, I start to follow the instructions for installing Wiremod with tortoiseSVN. I'm told to delete my wiremod folder, I don't have one so check. I'm told to right click my addons folder and select SVN checkout.

That's not an option. I have SVN update and SVN commit.

So I create an empty wiremod folder and do the SVN checkout on that.

Nothing changes in game.

I'm also having lot's of trouble with g-combat. I can't even freaking tell what IS gcombat and what are expansions/whatever.

Anyway, I'm extremely frusturated, and any help would be appreciated.

I doubt it will work if use "Auto SVN" and try to do it manually.

You have to find a hidden folder inside addons that's called ".svn" and delete it, then try to checkout again.

Auto SVN has broken links in it's configuration file.
