Some Wire Tools Missing

Hey, I've got a problem using wire. I just installed it, and it mostly works and everything, but I keep trying to follow some video tutorials on YouTube on building some basic stuff, and every time they always seem to use a tool that I don't have. One of them is the wire button, and the other I noticed that I can't find is the Sign tool. There are a lot of other tools, but some just aren't there. I did install wire with SVN and it's updated, so could anyone help me out?

sign is a gate, look under gate - arithmetic

look under wire i/o for the button

I don't see gate - arithmetic anywhere, and I found wire i/o but there's no button for me under it..

oh, also one thing I should point out is that when the wiremod is installed for me in garrysmod/addons/wiremod, I can't use wire at all in garry's mod, so I moved the Adv Duplicator, wire, and wire model pack 1 folders into the addons folder and then it was working more, but still missing a few.

Once again...
The Spawn Menu's derma is very different.

Update your garrysmod. Since by the looks of it, you haven't done in about a year. Or, your a pirate.

Also, your addons shouldn't look like this:
garrysmod/addons/wiremod/

And should look like this:
garrysmod/addons/wire
garrysmod/addons/wire model pack 1
garrysmod/addons/adv duplicator

If you have:
garrysmod/addons/wire
garrysmod/addons/wire model pack 1
garrysmod/addons/adv duplicator
AND
garrysmod/addons/wiremod/
Then...
Delete that garrysmod/addons/wiremod/ folder.

He IS a pirate! Look at his folder structure:
V:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamMaps\Me\garrysmod\
It's SteamApps dummy , and Me as a username is unlikely at best.
