Wired Wheel Problem Plz Help!!!

I tried reinstalling wiremod
from garrys mod.org and the svn version several times
but i cant get the wheel tool to work

when i go to wheel in the menu, i still have all the options, but when i click to spawn a wheel nothing happens, it just shoots the tool gun
no wheel

the weirdest part is
it works fine in single player
and i know its not just the server cause someone was showing me how to make something and he spawned one

please help

like turrets and gates and that stuff

You have a conflict with another mod. It is overwriting your stool. Remove all addons but wire, and connect to the server.

the only explanation is that he has an edited wheel.

either way, the solution is still the same. remove all addons but wire and try again.

It seems that most of the wheel models that the PHX addon (from the SVN) adds don't work with wired wheel, like you said the gun shoots but no wheel shows up. You just have to go through the list and find one that works i guess.

If nothing else you could get the wire extras svn and use the wire motor tool with a spawned wheel instead.

Look at what the other said, remove addon by addon and see if it still dont work.
