    B. If you know what it is, do tell me.
a- Video tutorials are better because you actualy see what you are going to do. Like in school, videos helped you learn a lot better. A picture is worth a thousand words. With a 2 Minuit long tutorial at aproximatly 40 fps, that's 4,800,000 words.

b- fire box is an ingame web browser. Right now as I am typing this, I am using gmod. With a fire box overlay.

Videos only update using the VGUI when the page is clicked on, so something will have to be done to fix that for videos to be used.

I think that both the descriptions and videos will be helpful. I think the best way to incorporate both would be to have a separate help menu that looks just like the wire menu where players can look up the component that troubles them. when they click on the component that they are interested in instead of showing that component's settings it would have a very brief description and a button that links to the gmod/wiremod wiki page for that component, that will open the page in a VGUI window. Below the description and wiki link should be a button to open the video tutorial of that component being used.

Yeah, but 'a picture is worth a thousand words' is a figure of speech, and an odd one at that. Anyway, I personally don't care if the tutorials are text or video, because I wasn't talking about the tutorials, as you would see if you read my posts.

Anyway, thanks for the definition of Firebox.
