Thread: Teleporting prop spawner

    Heya,

    So for a prop war game me and a friend have been playing, i want to have a teleporting prop spawner.

    Why?

    Because his team knows wire mod and kicks my ass every time with automated turrents attached to automated planes and the like,

    so ive devised a little barrel-bomb which should take care of him!

    However, with the amount of automated crap he always puts in his base, getting thru is impossible w/o teleporting. And i cant get a gps in there because he shoots me down.

    So here is what i would like to build, if possible.

    Platform with a prop spawner attached, hoverballs to keep it level

    Target finder finds him

    Teleports to his location plus 100 or so higher on the Z axis

    Spawns a prop (putting this on a timer would be nice if possible, as an alternate explanation)

    After that i dont care if the thing is blown up, i'll have taken out his controls.

    So anyone wanna help me?

    this isnt a complete tutorial, or even a complete device design for you, but if you can get his steam ID, then use a target finder to lock onto his X,Y,Z.... I'll let you figure out where to go with this from here.....

    also, if you have the asguard teleporter mod installed, lock onto him, set it to teleport EVERYTHING and send him to coordinates that are someplace high up in the air... far from his base.... it should cause him to fall and get hurt, draw him out into the open and take any base parts near him with him....

    i dont have asgard sadly, but i got a hover drive.

    The game has grown a little, and ive come up with a devious design

    Anti-noclip on everyone who isnt on my pp list (My team)

    Build a cage with this stuck on it

    Teleport to everyone and drop one on them

    This way, they&#39;re stuck until we manage to blow them up.

    How would this work? To make it just teleport from one person to the next and drop it automatically?

    well, i would sudgest trying some stuff out in SP.... try trapping yourself in it.... once you have this down, go after some real people.... (Not saying that you are not real.... or are you.... hmmmm.... am i real.... where did this sidetrack derail too.... can a sidetrack derail? well.... anyways.... back to the topic....) and watch as they struggle to escape..... good luck and post any funny screen shots of trapped opponents trying to escape. (there.... HA! i did it for all you people who complained another time..... i finished a sentence with only 1 period.)
