In that regard the rar/zip routine is obsolete.

As I mentioned in my first post, I tried that one to (many kudo's/respect to the creator) but that one doesn't budge either.

Maybe there's some sinister plot, that your SVN server 'knows' I'm running Mac, darn you.
I'll try it on my computer and post any results.
See if it's Windows related (experience tells me; I shall be correct on this matter).
Hmm, I should put that in the instructions. the batch file will only work on windows machines as it uses the windows build of subversion.

Owh stop it, you make me blush!
You don't believe I would've run the batch file in Mac OS X now did you?
I'm running Windows in bootcamp, it was actually a joke, anyways, I got a small update here.

Turned out that, it has something to do with my Windows XP machine (MacBook Pro -- in Bootcamp).
Boot up my main PC, installed everything from scratch, and the SVN Batch worked like a charm. (Haven't bottered checking the 'tortoise route' yet.

I've bumped into a few things however, I've noticed that in my spawn menu I'm missing a few commonly used tools.
For example I can't spawn 'gates' they just aren't there.

Is there anything I'm missing, some addon pack for Wire?

    What does the error say?

can you PLEASE upload a non SVN version, with a file host.
this would make it alot easier for me, as i can not use SVN.

Why can't you use an SVN? As far as I know there is a distribution package for every operating system.
Plus, there are a lot of gains for using SVN over binary/packaged releases.

It is a pain, and would help alot if there was just a normal download. Also, i tried downloading it from Garrysmod.org, but only few files on Garrysmod.org work for me. Lots of files just take 10 minutes to load, than tell me that the page cannot be loaded...

SVN is really the way to go. It's less than a pain at all. It makes life so much easier, I only have to run one batch file and it updates ALL of my svn folders. Can you imagine having to go link hunting to find all the updated files? Blech.

But IF you absolutely MUST avoid simplicity and choose the hard path I won't stop you:
Glua.net has downloads updated at regular intervals. It's not as good as SVN, but it's better than garrysmod.org for sure.

Thank you, this will make it easier in particulair for me. As my comp account does not have admin privledges, for security.
