Just to be clear; do you mean you can't install the svn program (like TortoiseSVN) or what?

I've fully downloaded the SVN but for some reason the models for the Wire - Arithmetic aren't working. They just show as errors. Any reason why?

Maybe you need the "wire model pack 1" from the svn?

Got that, it's in the wire folder.

Ah, but that's a separate addon, so it needs to be in the addons folder. Like this

Oh i see. They should put that on the SVN page ¬_¬

There is actually a simple way of finding out where to put a folder.
If you open the folder and open the "info.txt", you'll see on the first line a text saying "addoninfo". Then you know this is an addon and the folder needs to be placed in the Addons folder under Gmod.

it does not let me install tortoiseSVN I have try to install it twice and it doesn't work...

What kind of error do you get when it refuses to install?

A window appears and it says "this installation package is not supported by this processor type. contact your product vendor." by what I can tell my computer is not able to handle this I guess...
