Wiremod Svn Guide

Of the 'few posts' you read, most were probably during the couple of days downtime the SVN had recently, and is no real indication of the reliability of the server. Besides, if you were reading those 'few posts' from this thread in particular, you're likely to get an unbalanced view, since there's really only 3 types of post in this thread:
1. I don't know how / too lazy to get SVN to work
2. SVN doesn't work
3. SVN works but wire doesn't / I installed it wrong / Have patch and parrot, will sail.

i insalled wiremod using SVN it updated and said complete at 13mg or so, anyway, i went into garrys mod and nothing was there?

Hmm I updated it any it's still not showing in my spawn menu?

I have some options missing (quite alot) From button i dont have toggle or set value Pretty much this is all fucked up any one knows what ver. Orb used in his Tut's?

i just installed wiremod on my laptop and some other addons can any one tell me how i put these into g mod cause i have tried putting it into the folder of g mod and it wont work do i have to put certain files in certain places? do i have to scatter them?

Everything should be in Steamapps\<username>\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons\

I am new here , i played only with old wiremod (manybugs ... i hate it) and now i want original. but i have one problem i cant install svn and i cant find wiremod download without svn ... (the link isnt working) can anyone help me with download or send it to me ? thank u very much

Ok as i think it is just people who have problems that post here i am posting here to say worked perfectly apart from the fact it deleted 2 addons but i had them backed up dont know why that happened but never mind. Would just like to say it does work there is nothing wrong with the server atm downloaded the new revision very fast as always and really glad this addon is around it's by far the addon i use the most and just follow the simple instructions and you will be fine make sure on the client when your setting it up in the top white box make sure it says all the right things n the last folder is addons.

@ Bob Jones have a look on your client were is is installing it to because it does not matter how many times you download it if you do not put it in the addons folder it will not work it will not show up.

Wiremod does not interfere with other addons at all.




Also, learn how to seperate your sentences with periods, semicolons, commas, and other stuff instead of "and".
